We offer various popular voicemail products such as Innovation, Active Voice, Mitel Express Messenger, EZ Voice, Duvoice and VSR to name a few. It eliminates the need for message taking and delivery, freeing up valuable staff time. Reducing the liability of any errors and taking messages. Caller can leave their messages in their own words! Outside calls get automatically routed to the proper department or individual rooms (guests) while a front desk (operator) is available for additional assistance.
All information guests required are available to your guests with a touch of a button. Any Special instructions, work schedules and maintenance orders can all be communicated using the power of voicemail systems. It will even deliver messages to pagers!
