The company traces it beginning to February 1990. Our founder launched Telstar Communications (joint partnership) service company in El Monte, California Company marketed Phone systems, Satellite systems, simple, easy to use software for front desk management of small to medium sized independent motel owners in the Greater Los Angeles area. Our founder, Mr. Naresh Bhakta has over 23 years of experience in many different fields of the hospitality industry. Since then the company has created deeper roots in to further development of other products to make it more comprehensive.
In November 1997, Mr. Naresh Bhakta (Telstar Communications) and Mr. Ashok Suresh merged his (LA Communications) company to form a new corporation named INN-TEL Software, Inc.; a center for software development with better product and superior service under his supervision and guidance. In September 2000 Mr. Ashok Suresh decided to quit the hospitality industry and Mr. Naresh Bhakta took over the company. Mr. Suresh kept the name INN-TEL therefore Mr. Naresh Bhakta formed a new corporation named Lodgetel Communication Systems, Inc. dba LODGETEL, Inc.

The company’s responsibility was handed to Mr. Parag Kumar. With his commitment and dedication, Lodgetel, Inc. was able to generate sale of $850,000 in the very first year with the company. Currently Parag Kumar is a General Manager of and in charge of daily affairs and leading a team of individuals with wide variety of expertise in various fields of telecommunications, software design and development. Jatin Bhakta soon joined (April 2002) the team and provided a superior service in field service to take charge of Telephone systems and Call Accounting and Property Management System support. His dynamic vision has made a significant role in progress of the company.
Since opening the center, and increased resources, we have increased our product portfolio. We now cater to variety of small businesses. These include hotel management companies operating multiple properties, online reservation system, sandwich shop management companies, sports club management companies and presentation and training businesses.
